A Little About Us:
We are a team based out of the west, but frequently visit tracks in the tri state area, including: Englishtown Raceway Park, Atco Raceway, Maple Grove Raceway, and Cecil County Dragway.
Ginco plumbing our family owned and operated business is our number one sponsor. The company makes sure these cars have everything to insure they go down the track each pass. Our latest shop project,in process of being built, is a new toter. While driving across country in a Kodiak truck, and a stacker trailer...it's no smooth ride! . The new toter walls and plumbing are currently almost done, and we hope to have it completely finished within next month. Please keep an eye on the main page for up to date information and pictures.
Where We Are Located:
We are located outside of Phoenix, Arizona where the weather is always less then perfect.
Whats It Like In Arizona:
Temperatures here reach about 110-120 degrees in the midst of summer. Even though it may be hot, it is a dry heat, unlike some places where humidity makes things worse. The terrain is rocky and has desert like conditions.
Where We Started:
Originally there weren't three cars, but with three growing boys, and with all but one having an interest in drag racing, one car was simply not going to suffice. The truck started as your local bracket racer, and only improved from there.The truck now sits as a power house with a small motor and a big blower and has been a best of 7.12 @199MPH
,but not under full power as most know it is hard to get a truck chassis to "work". The truck now appears at super chevy events at full power and tries to put on a show in Nitro Coupe. When not racing for super chevy, Team Taylor Racing is at the NHRA divisional top sportsman races.
